"Kejadiannya
dua hari lalu sekitar pukul 23.30 Wita. Pelaku diamankan di
kontrakannya setelah petugas terima laporan dari masyarakat serta bukti

Kronologinya, karaoke cayya - cayya memeriahkan acara syukuran yang diadakan oleh warga di Desa Corawali, tepatnya Minggu (19/1/2020).
Acara yang berlangsung malam tersebut menurut Eddy Sumantri, tak mengantongi izin keramaian dari Polres Barru.
Beberapa biduan hadir bernyanyi mengisi acara tersebut, termasuk ICS.

Saat giliran ICS bernyanyi, salah seorang penonton menyodorkan uang saweran seratus ribu dan meminta biduan buka baju.
ICS pun menerima uang tersebut dan membuka baju beserta dalamannya (BH).
Aksi telanjang dada sambil bernyanyi dipertontonkan ICS membuat suasana penonton heboh.
4. Nyanyi di Atas Meja, Direkam Warga dan Video Tersebar
Tanpa sadar, ICS yang tengah asik bernyanyi hingga naik di atas sebuah meja, direkam penonton pakai kamera ponsel.
"Kemudian (penonton) memposting atau menyebarkan melalui status WA oleh saudara SR, dilihat banyak orang hingga videonya tersebar," ujar Eddy Sumantri.
Atas kasus tersebut, Polres Barru mengamankan ICS untuk diproses lebih lanjut.
"Kita masih pengembangan terkait kasus ini. Beberapa saksi sudah kita periksa, pelaku juga sudah kita mintai keterangannya," ujarnya.
5. Biduan Dangdut dari KalimantanDiketahui, ICS merupakan warga asal Berau, Kalimantan Timur yang merantau di Kabupaten Barru.
Barang bukti yang diamankan atas kasus ini, diantaranya yakni BH dan baju kaos tank top milik ICS yang dipakai saat bernyanyi.
Selain saksi, pelaku yang memposting atau penyebar pertama video aksi porno tersebut juga akan diperiksa oleh penyidik Polres Barru.
ICS selaku yang mempertontonkan aksi porno, disangkakan pasal 34 dan 36 Undang - undang RI nomor 44 tahun 2008 tentang pornografi.
Ancaman hukuman berdasarkan pasal tersebut yakni pidana maksimal 10 tahun penjara serta denda Rp 5 miliar.
"Adapun barang bukti yang sudah kita amankan atas kasus ini, diantaranya BH dan baju kaos tank top milik ICS yang dipakai saat bernyanyi," pungkas Eddy Sumantri.(*)
